Creative Memories Photo Panels and Metal Photo Panels are great gifts, especially for those hard-to-shop-for recipients we all have. Scrap-O-Rama
I'm so excited to be attending a Memory Celebration Event sponsored by Creative Memories on Saturday, March 31, 2012, at the Ontario Convention Center! It is an all-day crop, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Traditional or Digital scrapbooking options are available, starting at just $39 for the WHOLE DAY, which includes 4 feet of space to spread out your projects, a goodie bag worth $25, as well as door prizes and lots of fun!
There are other fun options available when you register, such as pre-ordering a T-shirt, an exclusive album coverset, and some "deluxe" options.
The last day to register is March 15 by 10:00 p.m. Go to my website and at the bottom of the page, where it says "Our Story", follow that line across to the link that says "Memory Celebration Events." You will be directed through the registration process. If you need any help, please call, text, or email me for assistance.
I won't be taking inventory to the event, so please consider what you need for your projects and place an order on my website by Thursday, March 22 or call me with your order by that date and I will have it for you at the event.

a fresh start...
There's something about a new year, a new calendar, that fresh, blank sheet of paper, that gives me a sense of anticipation. A feeling that maybe I can make a fresh start and be more organized than I have been. Of course, more organized is not that difficult to achieve, since I consider myself a pretty disorganized person and almost any effort would be an improvement.
Though it seems an overwhelming task at times, I'm trying to do this in baby steps, so I'm sending out an invitation so that anybody who wants to join me (or partner with me for some accountability), in my journey to being, let's call it "less disorganized", can do so. For however long you want ... I don't think I need to add to anybody's "TO DO" list.
I have a lot of mini-goals within my bigger goals, but right now I'm working on sorting my photos in Memory Manager. I also recently got a small scanner so I have a lot of old photos that I want to scan and eventually put into a family history album. One thing about scanning/sorting is that you don't see the results the way you do when you create a scrapbook page. Since I don't want that to hold me back, I'm going to use a timer to work on these projects for just 15 minutes at a time.
Let me know what ideas you have come up with for sorting/organizing your photos/scrapbooking/craft supplies.

Double delight

Get at least 2 more friends together (the more the merrier...and the more credit for you!) and I'll have a short presentation ready to show you our newest ways to celebrate your photos, and (gasp!) most of them don't involve scrapbooking! We/ll watch a brief video to help you improve your photos, and your Party will last less than an hour (additional fun time to visit/eat/catch up optional and totally at your discretion).

Baby Boom!
I don't know about you but among my family and friends there is baby boom going on! Three of my cousins have just had their first babies, all girls! It is exciting, and a time for LOTS of photos.
To help celebrate, I made a new Creative Memories accordion card for my first cousin's little girl. It turned out so sweet. And it was so quick and easy. I'm not comfortable posting photos of someone else's baby, so if you want to see how it turned out, please email me and I'll send you a link to view it.
This makes a wonderful little gift for new parents or grandparents, or even as a unique birth announcement!
Creative Memories also is now offering a new way to make a print, they actually print it on a metal plaque. The effect is beautiful, especially with vintage looking photos. As soon as I make mine I'll let you know.
